PLEASE stop texting me that I need to pickup every prescription I ever had because you decided to fill them and you took it upon yourselves to contact my doctor to renew refills when no one asked you to. No wonder it takes hours to get prescriptions we really need because you are too busy filling stuff no one asked for in the first place.

It's truly disheartening to witness the lack of action by CVS in addressing the concerns raised by my daughter and other team members about their manager's behavior. Despite several reports to the HR department months ago, no action has been taken. Considering the manager's extensive history of misconduct, I may need to intervene and explore legal avenues to ensure justice for the affected employees.
