Our April PARE, COPAT, SOPAT and POPAT fitness testing dates are up and there a TONS of postings open for new law enforcement careers! The application process can be daunting, but with the right preparation and guidance, you can position yourself for success. At Blue Line Fitness Testing, we understand the importance of proper preparation for aspiring law enforcement recruits. **My top tip - DO NOT leave your fitness test to the last step ** So many applicants do this and then fail, not to mention they are nowhere near the fitness level they need to be to pass within the time frame dictated by the hiring agency. The result - They have to let that job go after all the work to get through the application process! Start your fitness preparation BEFORE you even apply for any posting to ensure you can ace your fitness test and then focus on the rest of the application process! 💼 Share your tips in the comments below and let's support the next generation of law enforcement officers together! 💼

Since I joined as part of SGB VA, every day when I wake up I always check my email. Yes, every day I always try to apply my resume to several job vacancies. Even though I always get rejections, I don't give up and always try. and getting email replies from some of these job vacancies makes me excited and always smiles. is this strange? certainly not! I really enjoy this all as a developing process and I believe that one day I will get 1 of the thousands of remote job vacancies. Here are some things I did to myself to accept rejection but not stop trying. - Praying everytime I applied the job vacancies - Put the expectation of myself to improve skills - Never give up - Accepted the results with positive response and feedback

It can feel discouraging when someone is not willing to hire you. Especially when you know you can do an excellent job. Some people are wrong about you. They don’t know how valuable you are to the people you work with. They may not know your work ethic or values. They haven’t experienced your adaptability or ability to learn new skills. Please don’t let any feelings of disappointment or discouragement to stop you from showing the world what you have to offer. I felt disappointed many times in my career. The pain of rejection was harsh. But I did not let it stop me from finding people who believed in me. How valuable you are will be revealed in time. The right people who value you will get to know you. They will experience your good work. In the meantime, don’t let someone who doesn’t know your value tell you how much you’re worth. Stay strong. When your career or business develops there will still be people who don’t know how valuable you are. It will be their loss for not getting to know you. Zeeshan Urehman@

Dear Connection! When applying for a job, please adhere to the following guidelines to ensure a smooth application process: 1. Research Thoroughly: If any information is not included in the job flyer, such as the email address, company addressee, location, or application due date, visit the company's website. All necessary details will be available there. Recruitment teams typically post only the essential requirements. 2. Avoid Asking for Basic Informations: - Do not say I am interested - Do Not Ask for the Application Email - Do Not Ask for the Company Addressee - Do Not Ask for the Location - Do Not Ask for the Application Due Date 3. Apply Independently: Use the provided information to apply directly through the channels specified by the company. Ensure you meet all the requirements before submitting your application. 4. General Inquiries Only: I hope some recruitment teams will respond to genuine requests for clarification that are not already addressed by the job posting or company website. Alternatively, you may inquire through phone calls or email them professionally to get more information. Think proactively, gather the necessary information, and apply accordingly. Your diligence and initiative will be appreciated. Em Liklik tintin tasol! Thank you for your understanding. Best regards, JP🙏🇵🇬
