For anyone who has ever bought or sold a ticket to a live event, there was likely some frustration involved. Whether it was the hidden fees from the consumer side, or being forced to use a third-party system as a vendor. No matter which side of the fence you were on, there was bound to be some difficulties and frustration. It was this environment which gave rise to Megatix. Based in Perth, Australia, but boasting a presence in New Zealand, Indonesia, Thailand, UK, Portugal, Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong, Megatix was founded by Roshan Odhavji and Ashley Ratten as a way to allow the event industry to utilise new technology while also maintaining a strong relationship with their customers. In the ten years since its launch, Megatix has become a notable name on the global ticketing market, with a current expansion underway throughout Asia. Needless to say, by revolutionising the ticketing industry and ensuring that customer's needs are put first, they're a breath of fresh air.
