About the Role: This Position is for a Contact Center providing Customer Service to Small & Growing Businesses. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor Position. Duties include In/Outbound Phone Calls, Text Messages, Emails, Webchats, and Brand Responses (Socials/Review). These are all route into a single application. Clients will primarily be Real Estate Agents, Real Estate Photographers, and General Contractors. Pretty much anyone who is a Field Service Provider, so if you have experience in that, it would apply here. There is 1 Vacancy per Shift, 2 Vacancies for Mids. Seeking 2 Customer Service Agents to get started, and should hopefully be able to fill quickly fill all 5 required slots. You may be offered a regular shift you did not select. Just a tiny warning to anyone looking for a remote customer service position. There are several companies here that advertise positions about hiring for a Reservations Agent, a Customer Service Rep, Guest Services etc.. stating you'll be answering calls, chats and emails about booking hotels, flights, cruises, etc... Then they send you emails stating that you've been moved forward in the on-boarding process. They send you a link to schedule a meeting to learn about company, hiring process, vendors, pay, etc.. Then, you discover the small print. The post that you applied for isn't for an actual job. It's to start a home based travel business. When these companies post jobs of this nature, they should be required to post that it's not a job but a business opportunity.

Working as an operator in call-centre is traditionally considered temporary: someone earns extra money while studying, someone goes to work as a call center operator for a second job. Apexberg traditionally conducts research in the field of job satisfaction for contact center operators, and this is what can be distinguished from the trends of 2023: 1. the average age of an operator continues to increase - in 2023 it was 32 years 2. the average work experience in a contact center ranges from 1 to more than 3 years 3. a high percentage of women in the field remains 4. the operator loyalty index decreased last year, while compared with remote employees, office employees have higher loyalty. In general, I sincerely believe that the operator's work is underestimated: on the one hand, it can become a start in a specialist's career, on the other hand, it is a fairly simple way to enter a dream company)
