Position: US IT Recruiter Experience: 1 - 2 years Shift Timing: 8 AM – 4 PM CST (Monday – Friday) Job Role: - Experience in US IT Recruitment in the US market - Sourcing resumes through job portals like Monster, Dice, LinkedIn, etc. - Conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidate skills - Mass mailing candidates through various job portals - Reviewing job descriptions to understand company needs - Tracking all applicants using Excel or similar tools - Posting jobs on social media sites (LinkedIn, etc.) - Understanding job requirements and searching resumes from job portals Qualifications / Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize - Proficient in using the Internet and MS-Office; experience with database management is preferred - Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA in HR or a Diploma in Management is an added advantage - Minimum of one year of experience in US Staffing Plz mail your updated resume with sravanthi@cy9.io #hiring #USITRecruiter #USStaffing.
