As ever, we had a lot of fun running this simulated #cyber incident and talking through the legal and technical implications with our friends from Centrality, but there is a serious point under-pinning these events. We spend a significant amount of time supporting clients as they get to grips with unfolding cyber incidents, or deal with the aftermath. In running these types of sessions we are trying to give participants an opportunity to experience some of the pressure and uncertainty of a live incident, but in a safe space with no serious consequences for getting their decisions wrong.
Most importantly, we aim to give them plenty of good actionable ideas that they can take back to their businesses, and implement into their own incident response plans... before the worst happens.

Thank you to all who joined us yesterday for our managing a #CyberAttack event with Centrality in our Birmingham office 🤝
William Richmond-Coggan and Mark Neale led a simulated cyber incident, in which our guests worked together to respond to the attack and attempt to keep the business operating 💻
