I'm constantly trying to build my facilitating, training and coaching skills to support the people I work with. The ToP Network offers so many opportunities to grow. Today we participated in a book charting process to do a deep study of the book "The Inner Work of Racial Justice." I appreciate all our facilitators for providing the opportunity to grow in our understanding of practices that help us participate in racial justice. #bookcharting #facilitating #abide
