🚀 Exciting News! 🚀 I’ve just implemented a record-triggered flow that automates reminder notifications! 📧 Customers will now receive an email 30 days before, 15 days before, and 3 days before their contract expires. This streamlined process enhances communication and ensures a seamless customer experience. 💼 Here’s how it works: 1. The flow is triggered automatically when a contract record meets specific criteria. 2. Three parallel paths are set up: a. 30 Days Before: An email reminder is sent to customers. b. 15 Days Before: Another reminder email is dispatched. c. 3 Days Before: The final notification is delivered. 4. If the contract is renewed, the flow concludes successfully. 5. As an AE, following up with leads and balancing the time I spent prospecting vs managing my existing pipeline was always a challenge. I'd often find myself over-indexing on one, while neglecting the other altogether, leading me to stress about how dry my pipe was or would soon be. It was a constant struggle; and, not everyone has the luxury of partnering closely with a sales development team, who can help them through it all. What excites me most about this announcement isn't necessarily the impact I anticipate this having on enterprises (though, I'm sure it will); it's actually the thought of the SMB customer who can't afford to hire a large inbound or outbound team but can afford to enlist the help of a tool like this to grow their business, while allowing them to add the human touch where they see fit. This won't be perfect; but, it will only get better with time and effort; and, I'm pumped to see how this helps customers, from SMB to Enterprise, grow.
