The aging workforce in the insurance insurance industry continues to accelerate the need in getting the next generation interested in working in this great industry. My target audience are high school students and their parents as well as people already in the business including senior executives who are looking to learn something new every day and get to the next level. This book offers career life experiences as well as tips and suggestions. Throughout my insurance career, I was able to meet so many great people while developing lifelong friendships all while traveling the world and making a difference in so many people's lives along the way. For as long as I can remember since I started my career and to this day there is still a severe talent shortage across almost all segments of this business. The current aging workforce continues to add to staffing shortages of top talent in an industry that already has an extremely low level of unemployment. Additionally, coming from a family where many were stricken with cancer, I will be donating a portion of the proceeds from the sale of my book to the American Cancer Society and related charities. Almost 2 million people in the United States will be diagnosed with cancer each year, from infants to adults, and hopefully, this will make a difference in their lives as well."
