Getting reading to pop my judge's wig on and do all the reading and scoring for the fabulous entries in the UK Company Culture Awards. Yesterday I was on a panel talking all things workplace culture and that whole cringe-phrase of 'bringing your best self to work.' (Top tip; no-one write that.)
