A sneak-peak into what I'm working on: #phi3.5-vision fine-tuned for describing medical images. Small open-source vision model that you can run locally! The original phi3.5 model is not very good at describing CT scans. It knows it's a CT scan but not a lot more :D Early experiments show that our model can accurately describe that this is a cross-section of the abdomen and even find the tumour in the left kidney and identify it's type! OFC this is just early experiments and a lot of things need to be tested but I'm excited! On the roadmap: - Benchmarks - Different modalities - Quantized versions #medtech #aiforgood #medicalai #computervision
