Let's talk about rip & replace deals for a second. To start, DANG!!!! Do these feel good or what? But, when we're navigating the pricing conversation, we're doing it all wrong. How many times have you said something like: "I got approved to offer you a discount of 3 months free, so you can start now, and not double pay." Why are we glamorizing that to the prospect? That's not a favor for them, it's a favor for US!! We know time kills all deals, and we want them to sign... now... not in 3 months. Right? Buyers are seeing right through this 3 months free "discount". It's not the way we should be framing this. How are you approaching these conversations?
