The message for me is a president that I want to get out to our members is yes, we're there for the other side of it, the political side of the policies, you know, bringing housing together, working for you to make an agency better and bigger and, and to make iPad bigger and better and to work for our agents. But it's also to touch into the human side of it in our jobs and as agents. And as you know, it's a very stressful job. It's incredibly stressful. You're dealing with multiple personalities at all times. So you're not only dealing with the buyer who could be two or three people. Good deal with Bender. Two people or one person. You're dealing with solicitors, two of them on each side. You're dealing with engineers, you know, and you're dealing with the Mary and the many, many viewers. So you're dealing with multiple personalities at all time and you were only one person and everything comes back to that agent. So we're are out to look after our agents.
