It's crucial for individuals and organizations to reflect on past actions, learn from mistakes, and actively work towards creating a more inclusive and equitable environment for all. By staying committed to these values and continuously evolving, companies like Medtronic can drive innovation, attract top talent, and create a positive impact on society as a whole. It's important for everyone to engage in conversations around DEI and actively work towards creating a more inclusive and equitable future for all.
