Yelling constitutes harsh parenting, and is associated with lower self-esteem. When used to wards kids, it can affect their performance in the environmental spaces they exist in, home, school and social environment. Kids who are the object of verbal aggression are at risk for aggressive or disruptive behavior. Please, I implore parents who don't realize this to self introspect and quit being aggressive but choose to treat to treat their kids with authenticity and attachment. Parental aggression, neglect and the like are the contributory factors to the quagmire in society of substance abuse as victims are traumatized and stressed from those events which often veer their ugly heads at adulthood. It's worst for parents who choose the application of the administration of corporal punishment as an illusionary panacea to achieve one "discipline" it is the greatest bulldust I ever hear from various quarters with some attempt to justify it by gaslighting through the selective use of scripture in Proverbs 13:24 which I find extremely blasphemous and heretical.

But with fools in the family it’s no use … bcoz they just do what parents did … right or wrong 😂 but there may be a chance with outsiders especially the strangers!

Damn that was great.will be putting this advice to use.

It would be nice to think that’s the solution. But some people won’t listen to reason.
