Lawrentians! Today is Giving Day, the day when we can support current students by making even a small gift to Lawrence. For schools like Lawrence, the percentage of alumni that donate (any amount) each year is incredibly important; it helps to qualify the university for grants, improve rankings and more. Please consider clicking the link below and making a gift today to help support current students. Even a $5 gift makes a HUGE impact!

Four years ago, I made this project for a friend who had just lost someone very close to her. It is something outside my professional experience that I put together in just a couple of days, but it remains one of my favorite projects I have ever worked on. It just goes to show you that people are multi-dimensional and what they are most proud of might not be from working their day job.

While I cannot speak to working at St. Norbert, I can tell you that Kevin LeBeau is a fantastic fundraiser and colleague. Anyone would be lucky to work on his team.

Tonight, Court Theatre opens Rosencrantz & Guildenstern Are Dead, a darkly comedic and existentialist play by Tom Stoppard. This show marks the last that Court's Artistic Director, Charles Newell, will direct as Marilyn F. Vitale Artistic Director. Though I usually dislike working 6 days in a row and especially working late nights, I am excited to share this production with our donors and subscribers this evening. More information on the production and how to purchase tickets can be found here: https://lnkd.in/gYiy6BmT

As a professional fundraiser, I rarely post on social media with a request for support. However, today is UChicago Giving Day. If Court Theatre receives 40 donations (of any amount!) by noon on Wednesday, we will unlock a special $25,000 gift. Court is the professional theatre in residence at the University of Chicago: we won the 2022 Regional Theatre Tony Award as a recognition of our artistic excellence, we extended the recent production of Antigone due to overwhelming demand, and we welcomed a record number of CPS students to see the production through our Student Matinee program. I hope you’ll join me in supporting this organization that’s making such a difference in Chicago’s theatre landscape: https://lnkd.in/gh_QVQEk

My former position in the Alumni office at Lawrence is still open. Please share with alumni and/or higher ed professionals who have a passion for connecting people from diverse backgrounds with each other. The position has been reworked a fair bit since I was in the role, but if you have any questions about it, please feel free to reach out to me. https://lnkd.in/evSKzNZ
