How are people managers supporting their teams through the change?
Questions to Identify and Address Resistance
What resistance are we encountering, and how are we addressing it?
What support do people managers need to manage resistance effectively?
Questions to Ensure Effective Communication and Engagement
How are we communicating the change to impacted groups?
Are our communication efforts resonating with employees?
What feedback are we receiving from employees, and how are we acting on it?
Questions to Align Systems and Structures
Are our performance management and compensation systems aligned to support the change?
Do we need to make any adjustments to these systems to better support adoption?
Questions to Celebrate and Sustain Change
What successes have we achieved so far, and how are we celebrating them?
What steps are we taking to sustain the change after implementation?
