Core Competencies: Skills are important, but it's the core competencies that truly define success. Our job descriptions will name the key attributes and behaviors that candidates must have in order to excel in the role. Whether it's decision making, adaptability, or creativity, we'll share with you what the search consultant, search committee or hiring manager will be looking for candidates to demonstrate in an interview. Company Culture and Cadence: We tell our clients that although they are the ones making the hire, they must be buyers and sellers at the same time. Great organizations who want to hire great talent really need to demonstrate a strong and definable culture. Not all cultures are equal, and not all candidates are appropriate for all organizational cultures. Our new job descriptions will provde better insight to organizational culture so that candidates have the information they need as they decide if this role is right for them to pursue.
