Let your game be your voice! Reflecting on this inspiring quote that emphasises the importance of showing, not telling. In tennis and in life, your actions and results are the true testament to your hard work and determination. Step onto the court, play your best, and let your wins showcase your prowess. #PerformanceSpeaks #Quote #ActionsSpeakLouder #GameSetMatch #WinningMindset #LetYourGameSpeak #TennisChampion #SilentDetermination #TennisPassion #MindsetCoaching #PBEliteCoaching

One of the most inspirational speeches I've heard in a long time. Listening to The GOAT and his philosophy to tennis and life really puts things in perspective: Intensity, Clarity & Focus. 3 Key things he says are so true: 1. "Effortless" is a Myth 2. It's only a Point 3.Life is bigger than a tennis court Here's a 3min clip of his speech: https://lnkd.in/gspbdcra

Helping Directors of Cost & Project Management dramatically increase their influence, their impact and their income through 1:1 coaching & development | Executive Coach | Leadership Development | HR Consultant | Speaker
How to win your inner game… Anyone for tennis? It doesn’t matter what we are trying to achieve, for most of us our inner-critic can derail our plans and intentions by planting seeds of doubt as soon as we have a good idea, come up with an innovative solution or a plan for our own success. “The Inner Game of Tennis” by Timothy Gallwey is based on the premise that his biggest and most difficult opponent wasn’t the person on the other side of the net but the voice inside his head. If he could quiet his inner critic and do what he knew he should then he was much more likely to achieve success. This is what I love most about the work I do, enabling people to find their own solutions free from judgement or criticism that can limit their thinking. If you want to achieve your goals on your own terms, drop me a Direct Message and I will set up a call for us to have a quick chat and discuss how we take things forward. #mjeastoncoaching #executivecoaching #innergame

Coach at Good to Great Tennis Academy and coach at Farsta TK. Educated in sports & health sciences, I emphasize the total performance and well-being of athletes.
Ever wondered what separates the best from the rest in the world of elite tennis? Just over a year ago, I published my comprehensive study on 'Tennis and Sports Psychology,' focusing on mental toughness as a pivotal element in the critical moments faced by elite male tennis players. What sets this study apart is the invaluable insights from a group of seasoned tennis coaches, whose experiences span from grassroots to the pinnacle of world tennis. Aged between 40-60, each has treaded the path from being a top-tier player to shaping the next generations of champions. Their résumés boast years of coaching at elite levels, with proteges claiming victories in numerous Grand Slams. Their collective wisdom, gleaned from the ATP and WTA circuits, offers unparalleled perspectives on nurturing mental fortitude in athletes. I invite you to delve into these profound insights and see the world of tennis through the lens of those who've lived it at its highest echelons. Whether you're in the sports industry, an athlete, or simply a fan intrigued by the psychological aspects of the game, this study promises a compelling read.
