The most interesting part of the interview for me was not about GenAI, actually, but it was this: "You must build WITH, and not FOR (users)." Of course, it is FOR users, but to do that, you need to build WITH them. That must be the reason why understanding and communicating with users should be the core of development in any successful businesses. More quotes I've discovered from the interview. The very clear 3 priorities Michael Buckley has are 1. Grow the community, as it will be the only moat in this AI era, 2. Product development will be more about UI/UX challenges over time, because AI will become ubiquitous anyways, 3. Increase revenue, which will cycle in to the 1st priority. I feel that all three will have mutual influences, and at the center, we have people's needs and customer satisfaction. #accessibility #AIUXR
