There are at least two cover ups associated with the Greensill Scandal and they're both represented in this photo: Cover Up number 1 (obtained a financial advantage by deception - former UK Prime Minister and Greensill partner, David Cameron); and Cover Up number 2 (enable a parliamentary constitutional coup to override Australia's constitutional rights to freedom (water rights), former Water Minister, Penny Wong. I wonder if they've reached an agreement on how they're going to work together to screw over both me, and the People of Australia and then called it "national security" when in fact they're referring to covering up their own backsides? ==> Australians need a constitutionally enshrined Bill of Rights, and we need a military and security services who are obliged to defend our most fundamental rights. Otherwise, oligarchs (an emerging organised crime plutocracy) can bribe people like David Cameron and Penny Wong to act in their interests, and in the interests of foreigners, and not in the interests of tens of millions of everyday Australians.

Hey, Sanctuary Cities: Texas has hundreds-of-thousands of illegal-entry aliens that we can bus to you. In truth, you ain’t seen nothing yet. Congress, do your job and fix this problem. Until you do , Texas will proudly ignore the Biden Administration and the Democratic Party. And, the state isn’t going to “turn Blue;” this immigration issue is making the state Redder. This is an humanitarian emergency that rivals anything our country has ever seen. Politicians, fix it! Voters, stop sending representatives to DC who cannot get anything done! We need more moderate candidates on both sides of the aisle. #texas #immigrationlaw #bordercrisis #bordersecurity #texasrights #constitutionallaw
“The failure of the Biden Administration to fulfill the duties imposed by Article IV, § 4 has triggered Article I, § 10, Clause 3, which reserves to this State the right of self-defense. For these reasons, I have already declared an invasion under Article I, § 10, Clause 3 to invoke Texas’s constitutional authority to defend and protect itself. That authority is the supreme law of the land and supersedes any federal statutes to the contrary. The Texas Army National Guard the Texas Department of Public Safety, and other Texas personnel are acting on that authority, as well as state law, to secure the Texas border.” Support Texas and South Texans' Property Rights Association STPRA

Who is commander in chief of the military? The Constitution establishes the president as commander in chief of the Army and the Navy. According to the National Security Act of 1947, the president is the commander in chief of all armed forces of the United States, including the Air Force and Space Force. Although the relationship between the president and the Coast Guard is a little more complex, the president does have power over the Coast Guard. In peacetime, the Coast Guard is overseen by the Department of Homeland Security. Who is the head of the executive branch? The head of the executive branch is the president. This means a president is responsible for implementing and enforcing the laws passed by Congress, according to the official White House website. For this reason, one of the president’s largest responsibilities is appointing Cabinet members and heads of federal agencies, to whom much of the everyday enforcement and administration process is delegated. What are the powers of the president? The president has control over more than just the military. Presidents serve an important role within the U.S., as well as serving as the nation's chief diplomat, according to the Clinton Library. The president has the power to do all of the following, according to the Harry S. Truman Presidential Library: Make treaties with other nations (pending approval of the Senate) Veto or sign bills passed by Congress Represent the U.S. in conversations with foreign countries and their leaders Enforce laws Congress passes Act as commander in chief of the military Call on troops to protect the nation from attacks Suggest new laws to Congress Lead their political party Entertain guests from abroad Recognize foreign nations Grant pardons Nominate Cabinet members, Supreme Court justices and other federal officials Appoint ambassadors of the U.S. Speak directly with people about problems Represent the best interests of all the people According to the Truman Library, the president does not have the power to: Make laws Declare war (or keep troops stationed in a foreign country for more than 60 days, as limited by the War Powers Resolution of 1973, according to the Richard Nixon Presidential Library) Decide how to spend federal money Interpret laws Appoint Cabinet members or Supreme Court justices without Senate approval How many years does a president serve? According to Article II of the Constitution, the president and Vice president are elected for a term of four years. https://lnkd.in/eXQ96TDe

If we’re making long-term decisions for the prosperity, safety and inclusiveness of the UK, we must bring forward #MartynsLaw
Threat, risk & security strategist with strong crisis management experience. Talks about security and terrorism issues. Never knowingly going in the same direction as everybody else. Author of Protect Duty white paper
This morning, I’m unhappy to announce that the campaign for #MartynsLaw is moving to a new phase of protest at the delays being experienced in bringing in the legislation. On 7 May 2024, Figen Murray OBE will hold a press conference on the spot where #MartynHett and 21 others were murdered, before setting off and walking to 10 Downing Street . She will arrive there on the 22nd of May, 7 years to the day since that dreadful event. While #MartynsLaw had been a personal campaign, we shouldn’t lose sight that it was also a recommendation from the governments own inquiry into what went wrong at the Arena. It was also a promise from The Conservative Party leadership candidates in 2019. It was a promise in the election manifesto. It was in the Queen’s Speech in 2022 and the Kings Speech in 2023. Rishi Sunak personally promised the legislation would be brought forward during a phone call to Figen Murray OBE on 13 December 2022. So where is it? Currently, the amount of business going through Parliament is at a historic low, there is capacity therefore for #MartynsLaw to be debated. What there isn’t, is plenty of time before parliament goes into summer recess and then almost certainly goes from there into an election footing. On the lead up to an election, the public need to know that this government is serious about keeping them safe. We live in incredibly dangerous times and there can be no better motivation for getting this bill passed. What it shouldn’t take is a grieving mother to have to walk 200 miles. Tom Tugendhat and James Cleverly these delays are happening on your watch. Don’t let us down! Survivors Against Terror Brendan Cox UK Home Office Shaun Hipgrave Nathan Emmerich

Why do governments always use coercion or violence to retain land even when the people there don’t want to be part of them. States are inherenrly violent. It’s great to have a common identity and government is good for administrative purposes and to assist people in their areas. But as they are constituted states are to control land, labour and resources to the benefit of the rich and powerful. I look forward to states fading away.

The Carried-Off and the Constitution: How British Harboring of Fugitives from American Slavery Led to the Constitution of 1787 - PDF: https://lnkd.in/g7HZ6bfx Accounts of the factors that led to the drafting of the U.S. Constitutional Convention have focused on Congress' failures to levy taxes, regulate commerce, and provide security against internal unrest and foreign encroachments. Left out from history are the attempts of the founders to force Britain to return thousands of escapees from slavery they sheltered. Patriot state leaders tried to coerce the return of all fugitives from slavery evacuated with the British army by blocking payment of debts to England in violation of the Treaty of Paris. Such actions ultimately caused the breakdown of the agreement and exposed the structural inability of the Congress to enforce the terms of a duly ratified treaty over intransigent states. Ultimately, the issue of the “carried off” and with it the nation's ability to conduct foreign policy, was the paramount issue that could only be resolved by a fundamental restructuring of the federal structure of government.
