Thought to share some practical takeaways from someone who helped in the background to plan these events... 🟢 Host an event on Mon-Wed, venues have lower F&B mins 🟠 Work with local restaurants instead of chains; they tend to be more flexible and willing to accommodate your needs 🔵 ASK AWAY. Some of the best details at our events came about simply because we asked if they were possible... and most of the time, people said yes! 🟣 Consider hosting a cocktail hour instead of a sit-down dinner; this allows for more flexibility in predicting attendance and no-show rates 💖 Overall, people are eager for human connection; real-life experiences make an impact and drive awareness in ways digital campaigns can’t
