The additional service team helps and customers set up and do commissionings on their devices and tune them for the best, best possible performance in their applications and then assisting them throughout the whole commissioning process and field support. Doing a commissioning, we inspect the customer installation and cabling and then we set up the unit parameters for the best operation. It is very important to understand how the units interact between each other, so getting a best performance from a single component might require understanding from the whole system and tuning also other parts of the system to achieve the best, best performance from any single unit of the system, every individual. And the team has a vast technical experience on on both the customer systems and our devices and they're very capable and very good in tuning the system for best operation. Now we come to an end to the editor on All Star series and there is not a better way to finalize it, but with our service champions who are a very good example of the combination of our highly technical product expertise with our customer driven mindset. For me in general, it's fantastic to see the high commitment and engagement of. Everyone in different functions and different locations who are collaborating to create a state-of-the-art solutions for our customers and being The Pioneers in the electrification business. What I'm most proud of are the people behind our teams and how far we've come from scratch and we are growing into a world class manufacturing and engineering organization. Agritechnica 2023 is officially in the books - and what a fantastic week it was at the world’s leading trade fair for agricultural machinery!
One major highlight was launching our new products at the event. It was great to see so many attendees come and view our ED3 onboard charger and LCL1200/1700 electric filter for themselves at our stand.
