So you know that quote, "Before you diagnose yourself with depression, make sure you are not, in fact, just surrounded by as***les"? The same goes for how you feel about your job. Before you start doubting everything, make sure you’re not just extra tired and overwhelmed. If you are, take a break and see how you feel afterward (Not speaking from personal experience 👀 )

Do you ever feel guilty for taking a break? It’s so common...But here’s the truth: rest is not a luxury, it’s a necessity. When we don’t rest, our productivity drops, our immune system suffers, and our mental health takes a hit. Ps Try flipping your point of view and seeing rest as part of your job. Do you still feel guilty?

Try this : work intensely for 60 minutes, then fully unplug for a bit. It’s like HIIT but for your brain.

It's easy to think we need to keep pushing to get more done... It works short term, but in the long run, this simply depletes us. Try adding a few micro-rests into your day and see how they can work wonders. Your brain will thank you! 💆♀️

1 underrated thing I do to fall asleep faster and with no worries: I avoid working in my bed or having my workspace in my bedroom. Our brain is incredibly adept at associating a place with an activity. If you work in the same area where you sleep, your brain is likely to associate that space with work and worries. This can make it challenging to transition from an active mind to a state of sleep. But you can use this principle to your advantage on the positive side: Only use the bed for relaxing activities like sleep and…well you know ;) This way your brain will know that when your head touches the pillow at night, it’s gonna be relax time. This is not just a mental thing, but a powerful association in your body, that will release the right chemicals to make you fall asleep faster. Follow for daily tips on the mind and performance, or if you're just curious about the reasons behind these tips :)

The biggest mistake in dealing with anxiety Trying to cope with the symptoms without fixing the real issue. Anxiety usually comes from our nervous system being out of whack, often because of stress or past trauma. 📈 What's Actually Happening? Imagine your body as a car. When you're anxious, it's like your car is stuck in high gear, revving like crazy. This can show up as: Physical symptoms: stomach pain, nausea, headaches, insomnia, fatigue, and a pounding heart Mental symptoms: racing thoughts, over-thinking, trouble concentrating, feelings of doom, and irritability Just silencing these symptoms is like ignoring warning lights on your car’s dashboard – it doesn’t solve the actual problem. 🌟 How to Really Tackle Anxiety 1️⃣ Support Your Body Think of vitamins as fuel. Make sure your Vitamin D and B12 levels are good. If they're low, chat with your doctor to top up your tank. Also, get your thyroid checked 2️⃣ Train Your Nervous System Picture yourself as a surfer riding a wave. Practice handling discomfort without wiping out. Meditation, breathing exercises, cold showers, and yoga can help you stay on your board. 3️⃣ Choose A Healthy Lifestyle Your lifestyle is the road you drive on. Eat well, exercise regularly, get enough sleep, and keep a positive attitude. Aim for consistency, not perfection. You'll notice big improvements in just 3-4 weeks if you give your body what it needs to stay balanced. It's like tuning up your car and finally enjoying a smooth ride.

Excited to share a breakthrough from a recent client session that led to significant improvements in their sleep quality! When Alex came to me, he was spending hours tossing and turning every night, overwhelmed by racing thoughts. We shifted his focus from trying to force sleep to creating a calming pre-bedtime ritual. Here’s the 3 main things we changed: ▶ Dimmed the Lights: Lowered the lighting in his home an hour before bed to signal to his brain that it was time to wind down ▶Disconnected from Technology: Turned off all screens at least an hour before bedtime to avoid the stimulating effects of blue light ▶Introduced a Relaxing Activity: He started reading a book for 20 minutes before bed, which helped distract his mind from daily stressors With these simple changes, Alex now falls asleep within minutes and enjoys uninterrupted sleep. Ready to transform your sleep? Let’s connect and find the right solution for you!

Can you change your sleep habits in one hour? Ask J.W., a busy entrepreneur who transformed his sleep He was working 18 hours days and sleeping only 3 hours... After 1 hour of consult with me, we changed his sleep forever. How? We didn’t act on his willpower, but rather on his unmet needs... See J.W. used to struggle with going to sleep at a decent time, often staying up until 3 or 4 am playing video games. Despite his late nights, he would still wake up at 7 am to manage his bustling company and large team. He sought my help to become more disciplined and simply go to sleep at the right time, but we both knew sheer willpower wouldn't cut it. So, here's what we did instead (in one hour): Detective Work: We dug deep to find the real unmet need behind his late-night gaming sessions. Discovery: It turned out it wasn't about the games; it was about connecting with his friends online. J.W. had been in monk mode for the past month with no social interactions during the day. Brainstorming Solutions: We brainstormed ways for him to get more social interaction during the day without compromising his work time. He started using his morning walks to create a neighborhood walking group and socialize. We also dedicated one night a week to a pizza night with his closest friends. Thanks to these changes, J.W. fulfilled his craving for human connection in a way that wasn't disruptive to his sleep and health. Dropping videogames at that point was easy and he quickly restored a more balanced sleep schedule. Each life is different, and every entrepreneur faces a unique set of challenges. Sometimes, we require highly customized solutions to achieve our goals. PS Sometimes we think changing long life habits is long and tedious work but this is your reminder that, if you can go deep enough into the root cause, entire castles can fall removing only one brick. I offer free 15-minute consultations to help you identify your sleep blockers. Comment "better sleep" below or send me a DM, and I'll reach out.
