Nikhil Krishnan and I are back at it again with a new project!! We're dropping a limited series podcast. Don't hate us, we're in our 30s and this is a rite of passage. You know it's gonna be good cuz it's called Ops I did it again. In every episode we interview amazing healthcare operators who have cracked the code on sticky problems, built interesting or unique solutions, or are just generally our friends who said yes to being recorded. We learn how they did it, Nikhil cracks jokes (they're mostly good), and you walk away with playbooks / best practices to help you level up your own org. We're dropping our first episode soon with Ajay Haryani, MD MBA. He shares an inside look at how they've unlocked the SMS channel to improve patient engagement at Galileo (spoiler: it works really really well). Pay for this tactical stuff. A lot of people at the at the Let me try again. That was good, I know. Alright. So for the past year we've been. Truth. OK. So for the past year we've been trying to figure out different ways that we can make lives easier for people that are building things in healthcare. We've got courses, we've got a conference, knowledge, tests for all my healthcare operators out there. Now we think it's time for a podcast. Like every early 30 year old person who has decided that yeah, more people need to listen to what our conversation sound like, but we think it's gonna be fun and different. The idea here is to give you a layup, give you all the answers you wish you had and. Actually, tactical information to make your job better. You can't always come to a conference, but you can always listen to a podcast. You'll mostly hear from Depot because she actually is better at this OBS stuff and I am in the meme creation basement where I'm being held captive. Every single episode is designed to be problems that you're facing alongside builders who have seemingly solved them. There's going to be laughter, there's gonna be tears. Hopefully you'll join us, but real talk or they're gonna be memes. I don't know what an audio meme sounds like, but we'll figure it out. Sounds good. Let's do it.
