She asked, How can she SECURE a Land. Land can be secured in three different ways. 1. Documentation - Have the right documents. 2. Occupation - You need to occupy your land. E.g give the land to farmers for farming purposes or people doing businesses. 3. Development - Fence the land with gate or build house on it. * If you do number 1; if anybody enter your land, take the person to court, you will get your land back in court. * If you do number 2 & 3; it will send a SIGNAL to the new buyer, not to buy it. NOTE: If you own a land and nothing is on it, that's what make people to enter the land.

The REALTORS® Land Institute Iowa Chapter released the results of its March 2024 land trends and values survey today at its Spring Conference. The results show a 3.1% decrease on a statewide average for the September 2023 to March 2024 time period. This follows a 0.2% decrease for the March 2023 to September 2023 time period, resulting in a 12-month decrease of 3.3% for the state of Iowa on tillable acres.
