100% agree with this. That being said, a comprehensive resume is key to getting the opportunity to talk to a recruiter and then the hiring team. Dont short change yourself with 1-page resumes, especially if you have have 5+ years experience in your field. Finally, use your network and build one if you dont have one. In the cleared space, I get it, the social media scene is not looked well upon, but it can greatly increase your visibility to the people hiring.
