We have our client organizations and we have our candidates that get placed at open opportunities with our clients. We care deeply about BOTH! We want to see our candidates succeed in every way possible. The First 90 Days book is not only a token of our appreciation, but also an investment to ensure our placements get off to a great start in their new role. Congrats El Rio Community School and Lloyd Knight! Cheers to your #First90Days#onboardingsuccess#newopportunities#newstart

Fordham University couldn’t have made a better choice in Joe Moglia for namesake id their newly dubbed Moglia Stadium. Learned and always learning lots from Coach, preciate and thankful for everything he’s taught and done for me and countless others #BAM We need more #BAM
QUICK STORY:
Back before Spring 2012 just after my sophomore football season playing Punt Return & Kick Return for the Coastal Carolina University Chanticleers, we learned we’d be getting a new Head Coach & Staff. I’d wanted and, in my opinion, deserved to be playing Slot Receiver for the previous 2 years, and had been seriously entertaining transfering, which I now gratefully set aside upon hearing the CCU announcement - we’d be getting Coach Joe.
After some initial due diligence research (i.e. googling), I was immediately intrigued, ordered and read his book ‘The Perimeter Attack Offense: The Key to Winning Football’ (great read available on Amazon), which was mode up my passing lane in terms of pass/run ratio, discussed with friends and teammates how Coastal would wind up FBS and see tremendous growth out the gate, and thankfully stuck around to see whether I might get a fair shake in the Slot that Spring. For the next 2 seasons I was our team’s Slot Receiver & Punt Returner, and today my younger bro’s in teal playin the other side of the ball for the Chants.
More pertinent and far more impressive is what Coach did with and for our team, the same team mind you - all welcomed/encouraged to stay and most opting in (very rare amidst mid collegiate coaching changes)- in my 2 years Moglia years, and in every year since, on and off the field, in and out of the classrooms.
We learned to know & live his #BAM philosophy, standing on our own 2 feet, taking responsibility for ourselves and accepting the consequences of our actions. As we bought into #BAM we unified as a team, with off field issues soon becoming extinct, team GPAs significantly increasing, and our initial 90-something national ranking dropping to #20 in just Year 1! Then all the way to #1 for the majority of the 2013 season in Year 2!!
Once a Chant, always a Chant - no doubt - but since my time in teal, setting aside all the positive growth and notoriety the University itself has accumulated, things for Chant Football have only consistently gotten bigger and better, moving up to FBS, significantly increaseing the size of its Brooks Football Stadium, now building a new state of the art indoor facility, and becoming a nationwide household name and place to be 💯
Without Coach Joe, Coastal wouldn’t be Coastal, and now, deservedly so, neither would Fordham’s Moglia Stadium #BAM

I look forward to being back on Rose Hill tomorrow with my friends and family.
For Fordham University to name their Rams Football and Soccer stadium after me is certainly one of the greatest honors of my life and I could not be more grateful.

As an Executive Board member of Kids' Chance of Florida, it is with a grateful and humble heart to partner with industry leaders like One Call, providing an employee-funded scholarship to Florida student Montse Gallegos.
In August 2022, Montse’s father, a warehouse manager passed away due to injuries following a workplace accident. Later that year, Montse’s mother was diagnosed with Stage 3 colon cancer. On the heels of an extremely tragic year, the Kids’ Chance of Florida/One Call scholarship is enabling her to attend college without the added stress of tuition payments.
“Workplace injuries affect the whole family,” said One Call CEO Jay Krueger. “While trying to overcome grief, families are also forced to deal with mounting financial pressures. We are sensitive to these burdensome situations, which is why we want to be a part of the solution. This scholarship provides the children of critically or fatally injured workers with a path forward. We are proud to play a small role in helping them attain a much brighter future.”
Kids’ Chance of Florida is a state chapter of Kids’ Chance of America, a charitable organization that is dedicated to making a significant difference in the lives of all children affected by workplace injuries by helping them pursue and achieve their educational goals. Children of these workers can no longer count on the income of the injured or deceased parent. Accompanying the grief of loss, or the need to deal with an injured parent, is the increased likelihood that they cannot afford a college education. Since its founding in 1988, Kids' Chance of America has awarded more than 10,000 scholarships totaling more than $36 million.

As we head into the weekend, let’s take time to celebrate. We often go through our days checking things off our to-do list, but how often do we take time to reflect and celebrate?
Often this happens after large milestones are achieved. However, each day, we can find what went well.
Perhaps it’s celebrating taking time for ourselves and meditating to bring ourselves back to the present. 🧘🏻♀️
Perhaps we leaned into learning something new. 📚
Or perhaps it was connecting with a colleague or friend, building on the relationship. 🗣️
Let’s find ways to celebrate the micro-moments in our day. Small actions matter over time. And let’s focus on adding self-compassion and kindness for ourselves throughout the day too. #makekindnessthenorm
