So much in agreement with below statement. Hang on on when things are getting rough. If you are succesful your are lucky. If you are not succesful, you are learning. Either way you win. Find your strength in a meaning you created . Be at service for others. Stay for a good cause. As long as you are honest to people, you genuinely care to people, you are humble enough to learn and change; you’ll find your silver lining. When you have strong principles and are able to distinguish between bad things and good things, you’ll get to your destination sooner or later. Keep going. Be a hero. #AwesomeLeadership

Sunday Sermon #7 Courage vs. Comfort Real courage isn’t about taking risks for attention or popularity; it’s about standing firm in your principles, even when there’s a cost. A true hero doesn’t rush into danger for the sake of clicks or approval—they act when it truly matters, willing to risk everything to protect what they believe in. Living with courage isn’t about being fearless. It’s about facing criticism, setbacks, even isolation, and still choosing integrity over comfort. I’d rather endure the external losses than the internal regret of abandoning what I stand for. In a world where most choose the safe, easy path, remember: a hero may carry scars, face criticism, or even stand alone, but they hold onto something that matters—their integrity. Choose courage, because, in the end, the first person you save is yourself. 🤜🤜 . . . #boxing #faith #motivation #courage #veterans

🚀 Leadership isn’t dictating; it’s inspiring, building resilience, and setting a vision for your team. Growing up a Man United fan, I saw first-hand the impact of Sir Alex Ferguson’s leadership. He demonstrated how the right leader can transform a team’s potential into great success. His approach applies far beyond football, reminding us that impactful leaders aren’t afraid to get stuck in and create an environment where everyone strives for excellence. Whether in business, sports, or any field, if leaders prioritise their people, results will follow 🙌

The difference between winners and whiners is that whiners want to feel good before they do anything. Whiners complain that they aren’t improving but don’t work toward changing for the better. Remember, you reap what you sow; if you sow seeds of greatness, you will receive greatness. If you want to be a champion, you have to be a winner: do something that makes you feel good, and don’t expect instant gratification! #tysondurfey #Tysondurfeymotivation #Mindset #mentaltoughness #Consistency #Hardwork #pathtosucess #cowboy #rodeocowboy #western #westernliving #cowboymindset #roper #quitcomplaining #successisntgivenitearned #putinthework
