A haunted house for marketers, the subject line of the email should have said “Welcome to hell!” You have to navigate through the bowels of Meta Business Manager. Changes have been made without updating the users. Removing their automatic AI overlay from the ad. Your ad is not approved, their awful AI said so. Figure out the review process. You have a call with their “Tech Pros.” The issue is not resolved, the ad is still not approved. The ad is finally approved, but you make a change to the URL and the ad is rejected again. Rinse and repeat, but the ad is approved. Explaining to the client why Meta Business Manager is pure and concentrated evil.
