🛢Helping Oil & Gas Professionals Revolutionise Maintenance With Advanced Lubricants👷🏻♂️Protect Assets For Longer | Achieve & Maintain Well Integrity | Optimise Production | Deliver Operational Cost Savings📊

I saw one of the many great posts by Rafe Britton last week and it got me thinking.. I was just 21 when I stumbled across this great industry! As I head ever so close to my 31st birthday I am not so sure that I fall into the lubricant industry's younger generation anymore.. For those that may be interested, after spending a few years in aircraft maintenance I managed to land my first ever role as a Technical Services Engineer before later moving in to Sales.. Fair to say it's been one heck of a ride since! With that in mind here are three reasons why you might want to consider a role in the lubricants industry: -Innovation & Technology; The lubricants industry is constantly evolving, driven by advancements in technology and a growing emphasis on sustainability. This provides opportunities to be at the forefront of innovation, contributing to the development of new and improved products that meet the demands of today! -Global Opportunities; The lubricants industry is truly global, many companies operate on an international scale. That means that you not only get to see some incredible countries, but you also have the chance to get involved and learn from different people and some pretty amazing cultures! -Diverse Career Paths; Whether it be research and development, sales and marketing, supply chain or production, the range of career paths is rather impressive. This allows for individuals to explore different aspects and often find a niche which suits there skills or interests! There are too many people to thank for helping me along the way so far - you know who you are! 📸 The smiles say it all! Glad to know that you see it too Dan Whiteley! PS, you're definitely still in the younger generation. Not sure if James Moorhouse has any data on demographics, but I'm pretty sure that 31 is on the younger end! PPS, I'm only hoping you still count as "younger" because I've got five years on you.

Great post, the sector needs more Dan's 😀

Great post and lovely pic of you both 👏 Please say you are still in the “younger generation” though 😉 as if not that makes me feel very old…I have a fair few years on you! 🤣🙈
