Think getting in shape is hard? The alternative is harder. 🤣 Harder walking up the stairs. 🤣 Harder making it through the day. 🤣 Harder putting on your clothes (and feel good in your skin). 🤣 Harder looking at yourself in the mirror and being proud of your efforts. 🤣 Harder watching your kids not take care of their health. 🤣 Harder taking unnecessary medication for diabetes, heart disease, and obesity (all of which are 95% preventable). So next time you think about going to the gym, doing meal prep, or getting to bed on time, think of this post. Please share this with someone you care for. Send me a message with the word 'help' to get healthy and stay that way for good. It's easier than you think. 😁 #weightloss #weighlosstips #healthandwellness #healthtips #womenshealth #transformation #fatloss #fatlosstips #fitover50 #nutritionist

Diabetes Week is an annual event dedicated to spreading awareness about diabetes, a chronic condition that affects millions of people worldwide. It aims to educate the public about the importance of managing diabetes through healthy lifestyle choices, such as maintaining a balanced diet, engaging in regular physical activity, and monitoring blood sugar levels. Living with diabetes can be challenging, as it requires constant attention to one's health and well-being. People with diabetes must carefully manage their diet, monitor their blood sugar levels regularly, and take medication as prescribed by their healthcare provider. Additionally, they may need to make lifestyle adjustments to prevent complications associated with the disease. By participating in Diabetes Week activities, individuals can learn more about diabetes, support those affected by the condition, and work towards improving diabetes care and prevention efforts. #taiba #healthcare #diabetes #awareness

Having low levels of vitamin D means you don't have enough vitamin D to prevent disease. Because lab levels are localized to the average of patients in the surrounding area they differ from place to place but generally speaking levels >20/30 is considered an adequate level of vitamin D. However it's important to note that levels closer to 40-60 help optimize wellness and some people may benefit from even higher levels for a short period of time. -as always this is general googleable shit and you should work with a healthcare provider for best results #vitamind #wellness #deficiency #supplements
