A dad, we're committed to being at the forefront of innovation that that's very important to us. And the construction sector, architecture sector, engineering sector. So AOC at large, there's so much talent outside of the company and we can definitely support them with these programs. We're supporting incubating a number of ventures in that group among many others. So we understand really the journey that entrepreneurs need to take from ideation to conceptualization to actually launching their ideas. Turning them into viable businesses, the belter environment represents less than 5% from the BC Global Fund and what comes to the region, the number is much lower than this.
