North Texas Tollway Authority recently held the graduation of the 7th “Relationships and Opportunities Advancing Diversity” (ROAD) Program class of which Ed Christmas was part of with his teammate, Mark Laible of Technologent. This 2022-24 class was comprised of 15 companies who formed teams to complete the program’s curriculum over the last two years. ROAD was created in 2008 using a mentor-protégé model to help grow skills needed to compete for large-scale projects with NTTA and other transportation agencies.
