I ensure your company wins the race for D365 talent. Because 2nd place is for losers.

Lots of well established Microsoft Partners are now setting up Business Central practises. This is happening all over the globe. One of the keys to success is hiring the right consultants. Here are some pointers: 1) Hire consultants with experience in the trenches and pay a starting salary north of £70k (UK) to be competitive. Like anything, you typically get what you pay for. 2) Not all 'consultants' are equal. The 'consultant' job title is very loose in the current market. Be sure to hire consultants with demonstrable project experience. 3) Certifications are not the making of a consultant. Whilst attractive on the CV they can often mask a lack of real world experience. Always treat with caution. 4) One of the biggest gripes of end users is working with consultants who cannot interact well with their workforce. Hire 'chameleons' who can adapt to different business environments and perform equally well. #microsoft #d365 #businesscentral
