I ensure your company wins the race for D365 talent. Because 2nd place is for losers.

We need to hire a D365 consultant. What is the going rate? There is no 'going rate'. What is useful to some may be useless for others. What is expensive to some may be invaluable to others. Not all consultants are created equal. Some fix £500,000 issues whilst others fix £5,000,000 issues. Would you pay the same for each? Unlikely. #microsoft #d365 #dynamics365

Couldn't agree more! There's so much to consider, not least what the implementation is... The best D365 sales expert in the world could be absolutely useless on a SCM build

Spot on. Even though it took me only 4 hours to build, I once charged a customer a month’s worth of hours (160) for a NAV feature, because that’s what it was worth to the customer. It was probably too cheap given the lifetime worth for the customer. They’re probably still using the feature after 14 years. I can only imagine the cost savings on their end. Should have charged more 😊. Don’t sell your time. Sell the value. Make those value calculations visible when speaking to customers

I don't get out of bed to fix an issue under 5 bar.

Darren Locking What's important is to offer value. Many times have sorted D365 F&O issues that consultants spent over 3 months in just 2 days.
