Innovative BSPs are changing the way they talk to their subscribers. They are showcasing how their service will make the subscriber experience better rather than focusing on the technical capabilities of services, like speed. 🚀 Building higher speed tiers is something BSPs have to do but that shouldn’t be the key message to subscribers. Instead, BSPs should educate subscribers about the benefits of high-speed offerings in a way that they can understand.
