According to research by Customer Management Practice, the top 3 priorities of executives (including those from large companies like Mastercard & Alorica) for 2024-2025 are as follows: #1 - Creating a frictionless CX #2 - Adopting Generative AI technologies #3 - Increasing adoption of self-service Agent retention in contact centers is a close 4th. All of these things point to the adoption of a layer of automation in front of contact centers - regardless of the industry. Get ahead of the curve - automate low level tasks.
