The Evans companies are populated with wonderful, professional, caring, and hard-working people. Ask anyone who works there. You don’t get to stay in business for 75 years by treating people poorly, ignoring your customers, or doing shoddy workmanship. If the opportunity fits you and it’s time to make a move, you might want to give them a call. What is a Quality Control Inspector? A quality control inspector is responsible for monitoring the quality of incoming and outgoing products for manufacturing companies. Quality control inspectors, also called quality controllers (QC) are members of a control audit team that examine manufacturing processes and operational techniques. These professionals ensure that the products made in a facility conform to industry, company, and consumer expectations – and do so consistently. They discard any products that do not meet given standards. With the ultimate goal of minimizing cost and maximizing efficiency, manufacturing quality inspectors maintain customers’ loyalty and the company’s overall reputation. Quality controllers work side-by-side with quality auditors. QCs receive guidelines and specifications to be tested from quality auditors. After examining a product’s appearance and functionality, quality controllers write assessments to quality auditors offering corrective feedback if the quality of a product is compromised in any way. Quality controllers will then follow up with any updated processes put in place by quality auditors to avoid any future defects. Duties of a Quality Control Inspector:- Quality control inspectors oversee order and productivity within their organization, in addition to product quality. On a daily basis, you can find QC inspectors: *Reading blueprints and specifications. *Monitoring operations to ensure that they meet production standards. *Recommending adjustments to the assembly or production process. *Inspecting, testing, or measuring materials or products being produced *Measuring products with rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers. *Operating electronic inspection equipment and software. *Accepting or rejecting finished items. *Removing all products and materials that fail to meet specifications. *Reporting inspection and testing data such as weights, temperatures, grades, moisture content, and quantities inspected. #QC #QC_Inspector #QC_Duties #Copied.

Here's an epic lesson I internalized while leading my first project as a QC inspector: Functionality is not the only criteria to pass a machine. A machine might work perfectly, but without passing performance and safety tests, it can't be considered durable or reliable. Often, we fall into the trap of thinking that if something works, it’s good to go, only for us to realize later that it wasn't sufficient. Hence, let's extend this principle into our daily lives. Next time you would want to ensure high productivity, consistency, and efficiency in your new goals/habits, try following the QC Rules! Here are some critical questions to consider: 1. How can I *safely* integrate this new habit? Take it one step at a time. Make it a routine until it becomes second nature. 2. How *durable* would it be? Plan your timetable accordingly. Have backup plans and strong motivation to overcome procrastination. 3. Does this new goal *impact* anything adversely? Are you compromising other important aspects? Adjust your priorities and plans accordingly. 4. Is the new goal/habit *compatible* with the current surroundings? If not, make necessary adjustments. A healthy environment is key to motivation. See, it isn't about how functional something is, but for how long would it *safely* function! #QC #QualityControl #MedicalDevices #BiomedicalEngineering

%100 quality inspector (checker's) number/identification stickers is the more effective to track the weak checker along with defective pcs to ensure the right product quality. It also helps to evaluate checker's validation. It's not only for the product, this way can also be used in blisters/ ratio pack and cartoning to track when found any packing error or compliance issue. So that responsible checker /ratio maker will be determined to do his/her job carefully. #rmg #Bangladesh

So far industries consider Quality Control (QC) activities in a limited environment such as conducting NDT inspections, visual checking of product defects, etc. But QC is not limited in only to those type of activities. In level of upper-managers QC activities also applicable. We define quality control as a managerial process during which we 1. Evaluate actual performance 2. Compare actual performance to goals 3. Take action on the difference What is differ from shop QC is the control subject as shown in below figure. #qciuppermanagerlevel
