My other comment would be a deliberate move to increase footprint in the different universities in all countries in Africa. Under the capacity building pillar. DSA may have annual calls for data science hub coordinators that can attract lecturers in the universities in the countries that are not participating yet with a TOR of developing a country DSA community in their respective country
