2moGreat listen! Beyond some of these points - 1. Real Diversity - People with mixed transferable skillsets I.e Customer Service, Any Engineering background, Telecoms, Operations... the specific skills can be taught. 2. Getting rid of CV vetting processes. - Read the damn thing and invite the guy/ gal in for a chat. People buy from people and if you have the best people, your business will be done for you! 3. Data Centre 'experience' - Unless you want tracksuit collectors or company cap hunters refer to point 1. When you realise there is a world beyond DC's you'll find your talent 'gap' filled. This will also stop the 'jumpers' and boost retention.
