And for me, like 3 key themes that come to my mind. So first is, again, this being customer centric and in data, we have two customers, internal customer at the end customer like really understanding. Second is curiosity. I think curiosity is one of the most critical traits for any like data professional to stand out. Just being curious about the stakeholders, what are the workflows, what are they trying to achieve, how they see things, etcetera. I think curiosity is really important. And then the last but not least is also like. Trying to get feedback and understanding like how are we impacting the business, what can we do different like I I'm, I still see many data folks they have, they are, they have no visibility into whether the what they're building is being used or not, right. So I think like going after this feedback trying to measure like estimate the business impact we're having, I think this is critical so.
