One of my themes for this year - and it's a bold one - is "step UP or step down." We stretch ourselves thin with commitments. What's one more meeting? One more committee? One more title? One more event? One more fundraiser? One more certification?...The list goes on... Are we really serving well if we can't step UP to commit fully, with our full attention and full talents? So often we're doing the minimum needed to say we were part of "X activity" or "Y organization" - another accolade on the resume. But is it really beneficial? This year - TODAY - ask yourself if you need to step UP or step down.

The S.T.A.R Method is a great way to take that preparedness to the next level. It is a tool used to craft concise and complete responses to interview questions. Once developed, you can practice answering commonly asked questions using this formula during a mock interview or self-recording.
