🍻 The Mighty ADNAMS SOUTHWOLD!!! 🍻 SALES ACCELERATION PROGRAMME - it does exactly what it says on the tin! The leadership have really invested in their team with an 11wk programme with the following at it's core: EMPATHY & Common Understanding with our customers "No, really Dave?" - What an utterly over used soundbite that is! YES, I know... it is isn't it! The reality is, it is commonly misunderstood and much more often, we really don't understand how to put this "sentiment" into highly practical action. This group of lovely people do! In fact they are now in NO DOUBT! The result? - Highly influential, mutually collaborative relationships with our customers. SALES ACCELERATION is the result based on CREDIBILITY, TRUST and a genuine DESIRE to want to work with HUMANS. No "Salesey" sales people here!!! @John Hadingham @fraser O'neil @max Bond
