I had the opportunity to read this book prior to the release and I am not surprised that it is a best seller. Andriy has a gift for simplifying complex ideas, and this book is no exception. I highly recommend it to software engineers, AI practitioners, enthusiasts, and team leads navigating the rapidly evolving AI landscape. From foundational machine learning concepts to RNNs, transformers, and LLMs, Andriy equips readers to go from zero (starting weights, quite literally) to confidently understanding and engaging with some of the most transformative AI architectures of our time. Also this is like the tip of the iceberg, but an essential read. So go read it.
