Since before Carve Communications, Inc. was an actual revenue generating business and before COVID was a thing, I knew our company mindset had to be centered around our employees personal lives were part of the work culture vs work culture being part of their personal lives. Or more simply put, work life balance. Call it what you will but it is a vital part of any workplace culture, whether fully remote like we are now of if you're back in the office, like we used to be. Those that don't choose to give their employees the freedom to live their life while also committing themselves to work are the ones dealing with so called "quiet quitting" and/or "quiet vacationing."
