In terms of of of fundraising, because this is my, my, my responsibility and job, he had cavalry at the moment. It's super important that you communicate clear and open. I think it's the point that I mentioned when we talked about valuations. So even if it's maybe not the best news, communicate about it and tell LP's why you made the decision and what you're thinking about this is. Because it helps the appeal to understand your thinking, your way you you approach things and this builds up trust and this is the most important I would say. Attitude or no? No. Like the the most important value in the relationship with that piece. So be clear in communication always. Maybe call your your most relevant piece and also ask them for advice on their opinion and try to involve them in in as many activities as possible. I always like to involve that peace into our D processes as a reference because then they also understand what kind of companies. Look into how we think about it and so on, and this is maybe the most important advice I would give to people that fundraise actually. And expectation management from the beginning don't promise things that you can actually not not keep.

Two pieces of advice for your younger self. From Simon Lohmann. Head of Platform and Investor Relations at Cavalry Ventures. 1/ Boring but true. Do not overthink things. Patience and long-term thinking is key. If you do something well with pleasure, success comes by itself. 2/ Successful people only boil with water. Or that's what they say in Germany. In our industry, people are failing to build a round wheel. So, you don't have to reinvest it. Go out every day, do your thing. And don't be too scared or impressed by successful people. #venturecapital #startupfunding #europe
