And you probably also have a skill something which people 30 years work experience don't have — social media skills (Instagram, Tiktok etc) Secondly, also consider your other strengths you might have: organisation skills, planning skills or people skills. Next, look for some easy wins to build up your confidence— like getting a job in a shop, bar, cafe, restaurant or hotel. Lots of people start there and it's a good place to learn customer service and communication skills while earning money.
