The CustomGPT Store is finally live, and it's incredible. If you're in hospitality and tourism, now is the time to jump in. It's only a matter of time before the "travel" tab gets added to the categories, and that's where you want to be (or in the "Top Picks" 😉). P.S. This differs from SGE (Generative AI Search) as you can supply the dataset (which is also why it's so useful). Here are some use case examples to spark your imagination: - Custom GPTs for regions. This is perfect for DMOs, but accommodations/tour operators of all sizes could act quickly here, especially for regions that have yet to embrace digitalization. Rheinland-Pfalz Gold, Allgäu GmbH, German National Tourist Board -> Trip planning: What can I do on a Saturday in ___ with 7-year-olds during winter? - A GPT-powered Help Center for regions would be another great addition) - OTAs should have one for booking stays. I.e., Booking.com, Airbnb, -> I'm looking for a dog-friendly apartment for three adults within 20 mins of the Signal Iduna park. I need WiFi, and a covered parking spot would be nice, too. - AllTrails is already a great live example for outdoor activities, but they're light in Europe. Outdooractive, are you working on this? Transportation (airlines, car rental, train, bus, etc.) has many opportunities. The better the data you can make available and the more you think outside of your business with your audience market in mind, the better your results will be. #tourismmarketing #gptstore #gpt4
