It's been a while since we last talked um, we're back to a new normal which is we're all getting our colds and flus as on schedule and hopefully you had your flu shot, hopefully you had the COVID-19 booster. Remember this booster is the only one that has the the new variants in it to give you that protection. So if you haven't had COVID in the last six months, I would recommend getting that new COVID booster. So today is an important day. For me, December 5th, I am publishing. It's my pub date of my new book. Ohh man, the bulk of Animal Secrets. And I'm very proud of the book. It's a book that I've worked on for a lot of years. It's a book about us being on this earth a million years. And so has every other creature and what we can learn from each of these creatures, about human health. And I went out and I talked to experts from giraffes to elephants to ants to many different creatures on this earth. And we started to have the conversation about here are the hallmarks of Alzheimer's. Heart disease, Cancer. What can I learn from your system? And the answer is, we're really amazing. And I kind of realized I was onto a goldmine. And so this book is those stories which hopefully can give you lessons. At the end of every chapter is called a creature CHEAT SHEET where we talk about what you can learn and take home from that and things you can actually act on. Whether it be why elephants don't get cancer, giraffes have a blood pressure of 300 / 200 and don't get heart disease or dogs sleep all day and why that is and how we can learn to hack our own sleep based on the dog. All of those are, you know, lessons that to me. We're exciting because they're new insights into human health. You know, I write these books because I I want to get information out there, and I do it because I want to educate people around health. And I hope you take that from these books and any comments or criticisms you have, feel free to text me back and tell me about them. I hope you're doing well in this holiday season. I hope you're back to enjoying friends and family in getting out there, because that's what's important. But at the same time, I think all of us have to be aware that health has to be paramount. It's about prevention. I will tell you that this is the most exciting six months that I've ever seen in medicine. The advances that are happening and will continue to happen because of artificial intelligence, AI are really profound. And my goal is for each of you to be healthy and prevent disease to benefit from those advances as they come in, whether it be a new treatment for cancer, new ways to treat or prevent Alzheimer's, etcetera. It's going to be exciting. So with that, I say. Happy holidays. I'm enjoy the day. If you want a great holiday stocking stuffer or gift for a friend to say you care the Book of Animal Secrets talk to you soon. Bye bye.

Congratulations on another book! I will definitely get it! I so enjoyed your book End of Illness many years back and have always remembered from your writing that the whole vitamin and supplements thing is not always necessary given how our amazing bodies work! And I couldn’t agree more that prevention and maintenance of good health is golden!
